One cannot go back in time but it is said that a photograph is the only way to go back in time and convert a mortal moment into an immortal one. A picture may speak a thousand words but it is the extraordinary story behind it that makes it all the more interesting. Photography is a superlative art of capturing moments and emotions and is evidently one of the most beautiful means of expression. It shows that, which is not easily seen. As quoted by renowned photographer Sam Abell, “I see something special and show it to the camera. The moment is held until someone sees it. Then it is theirs.”

 

The year 2015, will witness nothing more than mere talent and precision with the announcement of the second F8 National Students' Photography Competition and Exhibition. F8 provides a platform to amateur photographers to showcase their talent and present their masterpieces in a competitive category.

 

 

The fourth F8 National Students Photography Competition and Exhibition is an ancillary activity of “First Frame 2015- 7th International Students’ Film Festival” to be held on 16th and 17th April 2015 at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi, India.
